Tifany Huot-Marchand (born May 10, 1994 in Besançon ) is a French short tracker .

Career

Huot-Marchand appeared internationally for the first time at the Junior World Championships 2011 in Courmayeur and achieved 49th place in the all-around competition. She made her debut in the Short Track World Cup in February 2012 in Heerenveen , which she finished in 25th place over 1000 m and 23rd place over 1000 m. At the Junior World Championships 2013 in Warsaw , she achieved 15th place in the all-around competition and eighth place with the relay. In the 2014/15 season she achieved her first podium finish in the World Cup with third place in the relay in Dresden . At the European Championships in 2015 in Dordrecht , she ran to 15th place in the all-around event and at the 2015 World Championships in Moscow to 31st place in the all- around event and to seventh place with the relay. In the following season she achieved third place with the relay at the World Cup in Dordrecht and at the 2016 European Championships in Sochi she took 15th place in the all-around and ninth place with the relay and 31st place in the all- around at the 2016 World Championships in Seoul and eighth rank with the relay. In the following year she came at the European Championships in Turin on 19th place in the all-around and on fifth place with the relay and at the World Championships in Rotterdam 19th place in the all- around . In the 2017/18 season she won 23rd place over 1500 m and 22nd place over 500 m at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang and 11th place in the all- around at the 2018 World Championships in Montreal . At the European Championships in Dresden in 2018 , she won the bronze medal with the relay.

The following year, Huot-Marchand was sixth in the all -around at the 2019 European Championships in Dordrecht, where he won the silver medal in the 1000 m. At the 2019 World Championships in Sofia , she finished 19th in the all-around competition. In the 2019/20 season, she came five times in the top ten in the 1500 m World Cup, including third place in Dresden and thus reached 11th place overall. At the European Championships 2020 in Debrecen , she ran to 14th place in the all-around and seventh place with the relay.
