Timothy A. Chorba (born September 3, 1946 in Yonkers , New York ) is an American diplomat .

Career

Timothy Chorba was the United States Ambassador to Singapore from 1994 to 1997, succeeding Ralph L. Boyce . Prior to his tenure as ambassador, he was a partner at Patton Boggs & Blow in Washington, DC

family

He has three children, two of whom are now studying at Georgetown University .
