Tine Poklar (born October 5, 1990 in Koper ) is a Slovenian handball player .

Career

Poklar began playing handball at RK Koper when he was young . For the same team he later ran on in the first team. With Koper, the right-hander secured both the Slovenian championship and the cup in 2010/11. The team was also able to win the EHF Challenge Cup in the same year . In 2011/12 he took part in the EHF Champions League and reached the quarter-finals straight away. In 2012/13 Poklar took part with the team in the EHF Cup before the club had to be dissolved due to financial problems. From 2013/14 to 2015/16 Poklar was then under contract with RK Maribor Branik . With Maribor he took part in the EHF Cup every season, but the team never got beyond the qualifying rounds. In 2016/17 the backcourt player was signed by Elverum Håndball . With the Norwegians, Poklar again took part in the group stage of the EHF Champions League in 2016/17 , 2017/18 and 2018/19 . In 2019/20 Poklar was signed by Alpla HC Hard for the Spusu LIGA .
