Tino Schneider

Tino Schneider (born March 31, 1991 ) is a Swiss politician ( CVP ). He has been a member of the Grisons Grand Council (district of Chur) since 2014 and a member of the Presidium of CVP Switzerland since 2016.

Life

Schneider attended the Bündner Kantonsschule in Chur and completed his bachelor's degree in history at the University of Bern in 2014 . From 2015 he completed the master’s degree in World Society and Politics at the University of Lucerne , which Schneider successfully completed in the 2017 fall semester.

In 2014 Schneider was elected to the Grisons Grand Council for the CVP . There he is a member of the Business Audit Commission (GPK). At the delegates' meeting of the Young CVP Switzerland on November 7, 2015, Schneider was elected as President of the Young Party. A year later, he was also elected to the Presidium of CVP Switzerland. At the delegates' meeting of the Junge CVP Switzerland on October 14, 2017, Tino Schneider was confirmed in his office as President and re-elected for a further two-year term.

On June 10, 2018, Schneider was re-elected to the Grand Council of the Canton of Graubünden. There he is the vice leader of the CVP parliamentary group, which with 30 members is the second strongest force in the cantonal parliament.
