The Tirich Mir West II is a sub-peak of the Tirich Mir in the Hindu Kush in Pakistan .

The Tirich Mir West II has a height of 7450  m (or 7500  m ). It is located 1.18 km northwest of the main summit. The summit was first climbed in 1974 by the Italians Guido Machetto and Beppe Re. They chose the ascent via Tirich Mir West III and the French Route .
