Titular diocese of Pitanae
Pitanae ( Italian : Pitane ) is a former diocese of the Roman Catholic Church and is now a titular diocese . It belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Ephesus and takes its name from the ancient city of Pitane in the Roman province of Asia in western Turkey .
