Tobias Bätz
Tobias Bätz (born June 25, 1983 in Kronach ) is a German chef .
Career
Bätz completed his apprenticeship in the Rottner restaurant with Stefan Rottner in Nuremberg . In 2005 he moved to the Tristan restaurant at Gerhard Schwaiger's on Mallorca (two Michelin stars ), where at the age of 21 he became deputy kitchen manager.
In 2008 he moved to Alexander Herrmann 's restaurant Alexander Herrmann in Wirsberg , which was awarded a Michelin star in 2008. In 2009 he became head chef alongside Alexander Herrmann. The second Michelin star was added in 2019.
