Tobias Ineichen

Tobias Ineichen (born May 18, 1964 in Lucerne ) is a Swiss film director .

Live and act

Tobias Ineichen studied from 1986 to 1990 at the École supérieure d'art visuel (ESAV; today HEAD) in Geneva . His diploma film Le Découpage (1990) was shown at the Locarno Film Festival .

Ineichen initially made documentaries and short fiction films. He became known as a drama and crime film director. The adventure film Clara and the Secret of the Bears , shown for the first time in 2012 at the Lucas International Children's Film Festival , was his first feature film .

Tobias Ineichen lives in Zurich and Paris.
