Toby Harries (born September 30, 1998 ) is a British athlete who specializes in sprinting .

Athletic career

Toby Harries gained his first international experience in 2015 when he finished sixth in the 200-meter run at the Youth World Championships in Cali in 20.92 s and the silver medal at the subsequent Commonwealth Youth Games in Apia in 20.56 s won. In 2017 he won the U20 European Championships in Grosseto in 20.81 s and in 2019 he finished fourth at the U23 European Championships in Gävle in 21.17 s. He also qualified with the British 4 x 400-meter relay team for the World Championships in Doha , where he in the finals but did not reach the goal.

In 2016 Harries became British indoor champion in the 200-meter run.
