Gabriel Moisés Antunes da Silva (born May 13, 1991 in São Paulo ) is a Brazilian soccer player who has been under contract with the French first division club AS Saint-Étienne since 2017 .

Career

Gabriel Silva played in his home country Brazil until 2012. In January 2012 he moved to Granada CF for four million euros . Only a month later he was awarded to Novara Calcio in Italy for half a year . After his return, he moved to Udinese Calcio at the beginning of the summer transfer period, also for four million euros . In the following years loans to FC Carpi , CFC Genoa and again to FC Granada followed. In August 2017, Silva moved to France for AS Saint-Étienne for two and a half million euros . He made his debut for the French first division club on August 12, 2017 against SM Caen .

National team

Silva played nine games for the Brazilian U20 . Seven of them in the course of the U-20 World Cup 2011 and the other two in the U-20 South American Football Championship 2011 , both of which Brazil won.
