Timothée "Kolo" Kolodziejczak (born October 1, 1991 in Avion or Arras , Pas-de-Calais department ) is a French - Polish football player .
Career
society
Kolodziejczaks began playing football in February 1999 when he joined the US Saint-Maurice Loos en Gohelle . Half a year later he went to Club Sportif Avionnais . There he played a season and went to the youth team from RC Lens .
For the 2008/09 season Kolodziejczak was transferred from RC Lens on loan to Olympique Lyon free of charge . In Lyon he commuted between the reserve and the professional team. He made his professional debut on November 22, 2008 on the 15th matchday against Paris Saint-Germain , when he came on in the 12th minute for Anthony Réveillère . For the 2009/10 season he was bought by Lyon. On September 29, 2009 Kolodziejczak made his European debut in the UEFA Champions League group game against VSC Debrecen , in the 78th minute for Aly Cissokho came on . In the league he came only to two missions. In the following season Kolodziejczak came to eight appearances in Ligue 1 and one in the Champions League. In August 2014 Kolodziejczak moved to Sevilla FC and won the Europa League with the team in 2015 and 2016 . For Sevilla FC he played 52 games in the Primera División .
At the beginning of January 2017, he was signed by Bundesliga club Borussia Mönchengladbach , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2021. There he could not assert himself, however, and only came to a Bundesliga appearance. At the beginning of September 2017, Kolodziejczak moved to Mexico to UANL Tigres .
National team
Kolodziejczak was used once for the U-16s (no hit), 15 times for the U-17s (one hit) and six times for the U-18s.
Kolodziejczak made his debut for the U-19s on September 9, 2009 in the 2: 4 defeat against his peers from the Netherlands. There he came on in the 63rd minute for Yannis Tafer . With the U-19 he took part in the U-19 European Football Championship in France in 2010 and was used in all French games. The tournament was won with a 2-1 final victory against Spain on July 30, 2010. For Kolodziejczak the final game was also the last game for the U-19s. He played a total of eleven times for the U-19s.
On October 7, 2010 he made his first of 15 games for the French U-20s against Portugal (3: 3).
Kolodziejczak emphasized that he would like to play for the Polish national team in the future.
