In 2013, the Jackstädt Foundation donated a total of 270,000 euros for the renovation of the toilet block with the installation of a handicapped-accessible toilet, for the installation of a kiosk in the building and the creation of a forest playground on the site. The construction work began at the beginning of 2014, the site was cleared at the end of 2013. The kiosk was opened in April 2017.
