Like all films in this series, the film shows explicit depictions of violence and torture against women during the Edo period of the Tokugawa shogunate in Japan.

content

The film is divided into three episodes.

In the first part, a young woman becomes her brother's lover through the blackmailing machinations of a rich merchant and dies through a bestial method of execution.

In the second part, jealousy and lesbian love lead to bloody orgies of killing in a nunnery, which are punished no less cruelly.

In the third part, a tattoo artist specializes in depicting scenes of torture and uses the torment of his models as a source of artistic inspiration.

Reviews

"The screen film accumulates sadisms and perversities, which mainly cause nausea due to their misogynistic tendency."
