Tomáš Huber (born August 29, 1985 ) is a Czech football player .

Club career

Tomáš Huber started playing football at FK Rumburk. In 1997 the defender moved to FK Teplice . Two years later Huber went to FK Jablonec . The defensive player made it into the professional squad for the 2005/06 season.

In the first half of the 2005/06 season, Huber sat on the bench four times, but was not used in the Gambrinus League . In the second half of the season, the defender was loaned to third division club FK OEZ Letohrad. In July 2006 Huber moved again on loan to the second division Baník Sokolov . There the defense specialist completed twelve games, but without scoring a goal.

For the 2007/08 season Huber returned to Jablonec , but the coaching staff only included him in the B team. Huber was not missing in a single game and also scored a goal. He then came back to the senior team, where Huber was subsequently part of the regular formation.

In the Gambrinus Liga Huber made his debut on February 17, 2008 in the game against FK Mladá Boleslav and was not missing a single minute in the further course of the season. His first goal in the top Czech league he scored on the first day of the 2008/09 season and ensured the 1-0 victory of his team against Tescoma Zlín .

In early February 2009, Huber moved to Sparta Prague on loan . In the summer of 2009, Huber returned to FK Jablonec.

On December 17, 2013, the disciplinary committee of the Slovak Football Association ( SFZ) decided to ban Huber for 18 years worldwide in connection with the manipulation of several Corgoň liga games in the 2013/2014 season. The decision is final as it has not been contested.
