Tom Stubbe (born May 26, 1981 in Blankenberge ) is a Belgian racing cyclist .

Tom Stubbe began his career in 2004 with the Spanish-Belgian cycling team Relax-Bodysol . Since 2005 he has been driving for the Professional Continental Team Chocolade Jacques . At the Tour of Belgium he was 22nd overall. At the Tour of Denmark he was fifth in the mountain classification . At the Tour de l'Avenir 2006 Stubbe took third place in the overall standings behind the winner Moisés Dueñas and Robert Gesink .

At the end of the 2011 season he ended his career as a professional cyclist.
