Tomas Kuhn
Tomas Kuhn (* 1971 in Munich ) is a German legal scholar .
Life
He studied law in Regensburg and Lausanne (first state examination in 1996, second state examination in 1999). From 2000 to 2001 he was a notary assessor in Amberg . From 2002 to 2008 he was initially a research assistant , then a research assistant at the University of Regensburg . After receiving his doctorate in 2007 as Dr. iur. and the study of psychology in Regensburg ( diploma 2008), he represented the teaching professorship for civil law at the University of Passau in the winter semester 2008/2009 . He has held this teaching professorship since April 2009. From September 2013 to August 2016 he was Dean of Studies at the Law Faculty of the University of Passau.
