Toni Schreier (born March 7, 1962 in Castrop-Rauxel ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Schreier played two seasons in the top German division with the Bundesliga team from VfL Bochum . He made his first appearance under coach Rolf Schafstall in the 1984/85 season , when he was substituted on the first match day in the home game against Eintracht Frankfurt when the score was 3: 3 in the final phase. In the further course of the season he remained a supplementary player and completed 19 missions. In the following year it was only considered twice. He then moved to SpVgg Erkenschwick in the Oberliga Westfalen . With Erkenschwick he qualified in 1994 for the Regionalliga West / Südwest .

Private

His older brother Christian was also a professional footballer at VfL Bochum.
