Tony Chapron
Tony Chapron (born April 23, 1972 in Flers , France ) is a French football referee .
Chapron directs matches in the top French league as well as internationally for UEFA and FIFA .
Chapron has been a full-time referee since 1998 and has been leading international matches since 2007.
Attention was drawn to an action in which Chapron, as referee, kicked the league match between FC Nantes and Paris Saint-Germain on January 14, 2018 after a collision with Nantes player Diego Carlos . He was banned for three months for this kick.
