Tony Hurel (born November 1, 1987 in Lisieux ) is a French cyclist .

Career

Tony Hurel won the overall ranking of the Ronde des Vallées in the junior class in 2005.

In the adult category, Hurel won a stage of the Tour de la Nouvelle-Caledonie in 2007 and the overall ranking of the Vuelta a Madrid Sub 23 in 2008 . In 2009, Hurel won the Circuit de la Vallée de la Loire, a stage in the Tour de Martinique and the Trophée des Champions .

In 2011, Hurel received a professional contract from ProTeam Team Europcar , where he drove stagiaire in the previous two years . In 2012 he won La Poly Normande . In 2014 he contested his first Grand Tour , the Giro d'Italia , which he finished in 143rd.

In 2018, Hurel won a stage of La Tropicale Amissa Bongo and in 2018 a stage each of the Tour du Loir-et-Cher and the Tour de Bretagne . He won the sprint classification at the Tour du Limousin 2020.
