Tony Lespoir
Tony Gill Lespoir (born September 1, 1976 ) is a Seychellois canoeist .
Tony Lespoir started as the only canoeist for the Seychelles at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens , where he was eliminated in the single kayak in the semifinals over 500 meters and in the preliminaries over 1000 meters. In 2007 he took part in the World Championships in Duisburg . Over 200 meters he was 34th, over 500 meters 45th and 35th over 1000 meters. At the Africa Championships in Kenya in 2008 , Lespoir won silver over 500 meters and bronze over the 1000 meter course. He also took part in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing , where he was eliminated in the 500 and 1000 meter heats.
