Tórsvøllur [ˈtɔuɻʂˑvœdlʊɹ] , literallyThor's Square”, is the national stadium of the Faroe Islands in the capital Tórshavn . With 6,000 seats, it is also the largest stadium in the country.

The football stadium was inaugurated in 2000. Home games of the Faroese national team are played here; the first game was held on August 18, 1999 before the official opening. Until 2005 the finals for the national cup were also played in this venue. Tórsvøllur is not a club stadium, however. The capital city clubs HB Tórshavn and B36 Tórshavn play on artificial turf next door in the Gundadalur stadium . Nevertheless, Tórsvøllur is also used by other clubs as a venue for European Cup matches.

On September 2, 2011, the first international match against Italy was played under floodlights in the Faroe Islands. The illuminance is 1400 lux and the cost of the entire system was around 16.5 million DKK .

In addition to Tórsvøllur and Gundadalur, there is also the Svangaskarð stadium in Toftir , which is also approved by UEFA because of its natural turf and stands .
