Tortoise
The word tortoise (from English tortoise [ ˈtɔ: təs ] or Latin tartaruchus or Greek ταρταροῦχος - from Tartaros ) means " tortoise ". It describes the following terms:

- The British Tortoise (Panzer) heavy tank
- The Tortoise Hill on the James Ross Island in Antarctica
