The Trie is a small river in France that runs in the Somme department in the Hauts-de-France region . It rises in the municipality of Tœufles , flows in a general northward direction and, after a run of 9.4 kilometers, flows into the Canal Maritime d'Abbeville à Saint-Valery as a left tributary at the municipal boundary of Cahon and Saigneville , the estuary that has been expanded for shipping the Somme .
