Tristan Friedrich Brusch (* 1988 in Gelsenkirchen ) is a German singer, songwriter and composer.

Life

His parents were also both musicians, the father a professional classical violinist, the mother a non-professional pianist. Brusch grew up in Tübingen. In 2008 he released his first album My Ivory Mind . He first became famous in 2012 when the hip-hop group Die Orsons used a guitar sample from Brusch's song Little Funny Man for their song Jetzt . Several collaborations with the Orsons followed, especially with rapper Maeckes , for whose album Tilt (2016) Brusch composed the music. In 2015 Tristan Brusch released his Fisch EP . He has also worked with musicians such as Cro , Mine and Fatoni .

On June 8, 2018, Brusch's first German-language album Das Paradies was released on Downbeat Records, exclusively licensed for the Warner Music Group Germany. The reviewer of the intro magazine characterized the style as "emotionally charged, detail-loving trash pop" and praised the musician for keeping "the balance between enthusiasm and horror, extravagance and experiment".

Tristan Brusch lives and works in Berlin .
