Trude Harstad (born July 17, 1974 ) is a former Norwegian biathlete .

Trude Harstad contested her first race in the Biathlon World Cup in 1993 in Östersund and finished this sprint race in 55th place. At the beginning of the 1996/97 season , further appearances in the World Cup followed. At the Holmenkollen in Oslo she achieved her best placings in the highest racing series with 53 ranks in sprint and pursuit. In 1997 she contested her last races in the highest racing series. At the Biathlon Junior World Championships in 1994 in Osrblie , Harstad won the bronze medal in the relay race with Liv Grete Skjelbreid and Karianne Væting .

More successful than internationally, Harstad was on a national level. In 1990 she won her first medal at the Norwegian championships with Gunn Margit Andreassen and Gro Harstad for the province of Aust-Agder , starting with bronze in the team competition. Then she repeated on the side of Andreassen and Karianne Væting in 1994 with the relay. The years 1996 and 1997 were particularly successful when she won the titles with the team and the silver medals with the relays alongside Andreassen and Væting.
