The Tschipew-Nunatak ( Bulgarian Чипев нунатак Tschipew nunatak ) is a narrow, rocky and 800 m high hill or Nunatak at the Nordenskjöld Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It extends 3.6 km south of Kopriva Peak , 8.1 km northwest of Dolen Peak , 6.92 km southeast of Trave Peak and 7.36 km southeast of Paramun Buttress over a length of 2.9 km in north-south Orientation on the eastern flank of Edgeworth Glacier .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named him in 2011 after the Bulgarian biologist Nescho Tschipew (* 1953), who was active in several campaigns on the St. Kliment-Ohridski station on Livingston Island from the Antarctic summer season 1994/95 .
