Tubakuta (spelling variant: Tuba Kuta , Tuba Koto and Tuba ) is a town in the West African state of Gambia .

According to a calculation for 2013, about 1349 inhabitants live there, the result of the last published census from 1993 was 834.

geography

Tubakuta is located in the West Coast region , Kombo East district , around 3.2 kilometers north of Bassori and 2.5 kilometers south of Madina Ba . The place is on the one of a road that branches off the South Bank Road at Madina Ba and leads south to Senegal . In Senegal it is called N 5 .
