Turo Sipilä (born February 26, 1997 ) is a Finnish cross-country skier .

Career

Sipilä, who competes for the Vuokatti Ski Team Kainuu, took part in the Scandinavian Cup for the first time in Vuokatti in December 2013 and finished in 127th place over 15 km classic. His best placings at the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival 2015 in Steg were 13th place in the sprint and fourth place in the mixed relay. At the Junior World Ski Championships in 2016 in Râșnov he came in 33rd place over 10 km classic and at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in 2017 in Soldier Hollow on 11th place with the relay and ninth place in the sprint. In November 2018 he started inRuka for the first time in the World Cup and got his first World Cup point with 30th place in the sprint.
