The Liberty Place is a skyscraper in Philadelphia and is currently the third tallest building in the city after the Comcast Center and the One Liberty Place . The office building is 258 meters high and has 58 floors. The building was completed in 1990. It is the smaller sister of One Liberty Place and like it was designed by Helmut Jahn .
