The 2003 UNCAF Nations Cup took place in Panama from February 9th to February 23rd, 2003 . All games were played at the Estadio Rommel Fernández in Panama City , only the two matches on February 15 took place at the Estadio La Pedregalea in Colón .

The six eligible nations played the winner of the tournament in a group of six with home and return matches. The first three qualified for the Gold Cup , the fourth had to go to the playoff round.
