Udo Gotze

Udo Götze (born July 12, 1969 in Dresden ) is a German lawyer and has been State Secretary in the Thuringian Ministry of the Interior and Local Affairs since 2014 .

Udo Götze initially worked as a sailor for five years after attending school . In 1992 he took on the night school , the high school after. Götze completed his law studies at the Technical University of Dresden in 2000 with the second state examination. After joining the Thuringian civil service in 2002, he held various positions in the city administration of the Thuringian state capital Erfurt from 2007 , from 2012 to 2014 as an alderman for citizen service and security. On December 5, 2014, Udo Götze was appointed State Secretary and Head of Office in the Thuringian Ministry of the Interior and Local Affairs.
