Ulead Systems, Inc. (with the German subsidiary Ulead Systems GmbH ) was a Taiwanese software company founded in 1989 that primarily produced software that is used in the broadest sense for image and video processing.

On September 17, 2001, Ulead was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange as the 2487th TW.

Ulead was acquired by InterVideo in April 2005 , which in turn was acquired by Corel in August 2006 . On October 24, 2006, Ulead shares were delisted on the Taiwan Stock Exchange .

Ulead's products include Ulead MediaStudio Pro (video editing), Ulead PhotoImpact (image editing), Ulead VideoStudio (video editing), Ulead Gif-Animator (making animated GIFs), FilmBrennerei (burning software), Ulead DVD PowerTools (DVD authoring ), Cool 360 (stitching) and COOL3D (easy editing and creation of 3D objects).
