Ulrich Bracker

Ulrich Bracker (* 1953 ) is a German notary . From 2001 to 2012 he was President of the Bavarian Chamber of Notaries .

Life

Ulrich Bracker received his doctorate in 1979 with a thesis on the subject of “Transfer of Companies and Works Constitution” at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . In 1984 he became managing director of the Bavarian Chamber of Notaries , and in 1993 he was elected to its board. Bracker is a member of the professional law committee of the Federal Chamber of Notaries. After Helmut Schippel's death , he took over the editing of the standard commentary on the Federal Notary Code .

Bracker worked as a notary in Weilheim .
