Ulrich Höhnberg

Ulrich Höhnberg (born October 2, 1941 in Pitschen ) is a German lawyer and Senior Ministerialrat a. D.

Life

After studying law , Ulrich Höhnberg received his doctorate in 1972 from the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich on the legal capacity and ability of young people to act in the field of civil rights . In his professional career as a civil servant, he specialized in state planning law and regional planning procedures and rose to the position of senior ministerial advisor in the Bavarian State Ministry for regional development and environmental issues . His numerous specialist articles on regional planning and spatial planning deal with procedural aspects as well as issues of citizen participation and legal protection. In 1995 he was accepted as a full member of the Academy for Spatial Research and Regional Planning. After his retirement, he remained loyal to the department and in 2012, for example, was one of the members of the ad hoc working group for state and regional planning in Bavaria at the Academy for Spatial Research and Regional Planning, which prepared an opinion on the draft of the overall update of the Bavarian State Development Program (LEP-E) .

During his time as an active civil servant, he remained politically neutral, after retiring from civil service he began to work for the Free Voters , for whom he ran in 10th place for the Munich city council election in 2008 . He defined economic policy as his political goals and priorities for Munich. In the same year he was a list candidate for the district of Munich-Ramersdorf (district 107, Munich) in the state elections . In the local elections in March 2014, the free voters ran for the Ramersdorf-Perlach district committee for the first time, with Höhnberg running in third place.

In the meantime, Höhnberg was first chairman of the Lätare Foundation in the Protestant Lätare Church in Munich-Neuperlach. The purpose of the foundation is primarily community work and community projects, especially in the areas of families and child labor, confirmation and youth work, senior citizens' work and church music. In addition, the foundation u. a. the preservation of the church building.

During his studies he became a member of the Christian student union Munich Wingolf in 1962 .
