Ulrich Heldmann

Ulrich Heldmann (* 1964 in Wuppertal ) is a German chef.

Career

After an apprenticeship with Adolf Schmücker in Wuppertal and other jobs, he moved to Averbeck's Giebelhof with Alfred Friedrich in Senden . Then he cooks for Vincent Klink in Schwäbisch Gmünd . Around 1990 Heldmann worked for Berthold Bühler and Henri Bach in the Résidence restaurant in Essen (two Michelin stars ). He worked for Dieter Luther in the Luther restaurant in Freinsheim ; his wife was the service manager here.

Since 1995, opened Ulric and his wife Petra, the "hero husband" restaurant in Remscheid at the Villa Concordia by Moritz Boker . From 2001 to 2019 the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star .
