Janatová, who starts for the Dukla Liberec , ran in Horni Misecky for the first time in the Slavic Cup in December 2013 and achieved 32nd place over 5 km classic and 21st place over 10 km freestyle. Her best placements at the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival 2015 in Steg were 20th place over 5 km freestyle and ninth place in the mixed relay and at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2016 in Rasnov 35th place in sprint and 12th place. In the following year she came at the U23 world championships in Goms on the 34th place in the skiathlon , on the 25th place over 10 km classic and on the 14th place in the sprint. At the Tour de Ski 2018/19 she got her first World Cup points in the sprint stage in Toblach with 29th place. In January 2019, at the U23 World Championships in Lahti , she finished 29th in the 15 km mass start race, 21st place in the sprint and 19th place in the 10 km freestyle. At the Nordic World Ski Championships 2019 in Seefeld in Tirol , she finished 60th place over 10 km classic, 41st place in the sprint and 13th place together with Petra Hynčicová in the team sprint. In March 2019 she took her first victory in the Alpencup in the sprint in Oberwiesenthal and finally achieved tenth place in the overall ranking of the Alpencup. In the 2019/20 season she finished 27th in the Tour de Ski 2019/20 and came in second in Piancavallo over 10 km classic and first in the sprint, ninth place in the overall ranking of the Alpine Cup.
