Ulrich Liß
Ulrich Liß (born August 13, 1897 in Lübz , † June 11, 1968 in Bad Kissingen ) was a German officer , most recently major general in World War II . From 1937 to 1943, Liß headed the Foreign Armies West department in the General Staff of the Wehrmacht to assess the enemy situation .
In the last weeks of the war he commanded the 304th Infantry Division .
