Ulrich M. Gassner
Ulrich M. Gassner (born March 23, 1957 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German legal scholar and professor of public law at the University of Augsburg .
Life
Gassner studied law at the University of Tübingen from 1983 to 1987 . In 1994 he received his doctorate and in 1995 his habilitation from the Law Faculty of the University of Tübingen and the authorization to teach in the field of public law (including European law ). Gassner has been a professor at the University of Augsburg since 1997. There he heads the Research Center for Medical Device Law (FMPR) and, since 2015, the Research Center for E-Health Law (FEHR).
