Ulrich W. Thonemann

Ulrich W. Thonemann (born May 16, 1965 in Paderborn ) is a German logistics scientist. He is head of the seminar for Supply Chain Management and Management Science at the University of Cologne .

Life

Thonemann studied at various universities, he received his doctorate from Stanford University in 1994 , was an assistant professor at Stanford University, management consultant at McKinsey , professor at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and is currently professor at the University of Cologne. He is also President of the Business School of the University of Cologne and Dean of the Economics and Social Sciences Faculty of the University of Cologne.

Thonemann has been a member of the North Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences and the Arts since 2010 .
