Ulrike Liebert (political scientist)

Ulrike Liebert (* 1957 ) is a German political scientist .

Life

She did her doctorate at the European University Institute and taught at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona as well as at the Universities of Heidelberg , Koblenz / Landau in the Palatinate , Mannheim , Cornell University , Celaya , Manipal and Bremen . From 2000 to 2016 she headed the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence for European Studies (CEuS) at the University of Bremen .
