The Umgebindehaus is an architectural monument , located in the village street in the district 10 Would grove of community Röderland in southern Brandenburg Elbe-Elster is located. It is recorded in the local monument register under registration number 09135406. Its location is about 200 meters east of the local village church , which is also a listed building.

The building is a single-storey residential barn with a gable roof, dating from the first half of the 18th century and provided with a gable roof.

The Würdenhain farmer Jost is said to have built the house around 1780 after a fire on his farm. According to legend, he dreamed of the fire during the night millet watch and hurried home to save his wife and child. The former local writer Rudolf Matthies reported that out of gratitude Jost had the no longer recognizable words "A dream is in God's hands, otherwise my wife and child would have been burned" into the gable beams of the house.

The building is the only preserved half-timbered house in the Elbe-Elster district and the oldest farmhouse in the village. It has been owned by the Röderland municipality since 2009.
