União das Freguesias de Póvoa de Varzim, Beiriz e Argivai , Póvoa de Varzim for short , Beiriz e Argivai is a municipality ( Freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) of Póvoa de Varzim in northern Portugal .

34,266 inhabitants live here on an area of ​​12.6 km² (figures as of June 30, 2011).

The municipality was created on September 29, 2013 in the course of the municipal reorganization of Portugal from the merger of the municipalities Argivai , Beiriz and Póvoa de Varzim (municipality). The headquarters became Póvoa de Varzim, while the former municipal administrations in Argivai and Beiriz were retained as citizens' offices.
