The União das Freguesias de Amedo e Zedes is a Portuguese municipality ( Freguesia ) in the district ( Concelho ) Carrazeda de Ansiães , Bragança district , in northeastern Portugal .

history

The community was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former communities of Amedo and Zedes .

Amedo became the seat of the new administration.
