União the Freguesias de Santa ouaia e Vila Pouca da Beira , shortly Santa ouaia e Vila Pouca da Beira , is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the district ( Concelho ) of Oliveira do Hospital . It covers an area of ​​7.43 km² and has 952 inhabitants (as of 2011 figures).

The municipality was created in the course of the municipal reorganization of Portugal on September 29, 2013, as a merger of the previous municipalities Santa Ovaia and Vila Pouca da Beira . Santa Ovaia became the seat of the new community.
