Urs Peter Keller

Urs Peter Keller (born July 19, 1945 in Solothurn ) is a Swiss artist manager and music producer.

Keller completed his commercial training with an insurance company. As a hobby musician, he played drums in the Mr. Pflugers Jazz Band. Through music he came into contact with Hazy Osterwald . In 1968 he moved to Zurich and was hired as an artist agent at Hazy Osterwald's artist agency Viston AG for the placement of international artists. He also played part-time with the show group Comedian Harmonics (Rose d'Or Montreux). In 1973 he took over the management of VIP AG Productions and, in his role as manager, looked after the author and performer Nella Martinetti , the Dorados show orchestra , the comedian Alfredo, the xylophone virus Ralph Heid, the violinist Egon Egemann and others. In 1986 he and the composer Atilla Şereftuğ supervised the singer Daniela Simmons , who achieved second place at the 1986 Eurovision Song Contest in Bergen with her contribution Pas Pour Moi (text: Nella Martinetti). In 1988 he won 1st place as a producer and publisher for Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin with the song Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi , written by Atilla Sereftug and Nella Martinetti and interpreted by Celine Dion .

1995 Urs Peter Keller took over the management mandate of P. Lienhard & Co. at Freddy Burger Management ; the office of the Pepe Lienhard Orchestra . He graduated from Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur from 1999 to 2001 as an “Executive Master of Advanced Studies” (Cultural Management). From 2004 to 2007, he also led the the FBM group belonging Event Switzerland AG .
