Ursula Bode (journalist)
Ursula Bode (* 1942 in Hanover ) is a German journalist and art critic . She lives and works in Essen .
Life
Bode worked from the 1960s to the 1980s at the Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung , Feuilleton -Ressort and the Friedrich Verlag Velber. She has been working as a freelance journalist since 1985, among others for the Süddeutsche Zeitung , Die Zeit , the magazines art and Architektur und Wohnen as well as for the culture department of radio for NDR and WDR . She has become known to a wide audience since 1997 through the culture show Bilderstreit on 3sat .
She also contributed to the television series 1000 Masterpieces : She contributed to paintings by Lucio Fontana , Asger Jorn . These texts were also printed in the books accompanying the series, are sporadically repeated on 3sat , ZDFkultur and Planet and are now available on DVD publications (see 1000 Masterworks # Literature ).
