Ursula Summ
Ursula Summ (born March 27, 1947 in Hofheim am Taunus ) is a German author of cookbooks .
At the end of the 1970s, Summ came across the Hay combining diet for health reasons . Building on this, she developed the summ-food combining . She publishes diet books with recipes that match the diet recommended by doctors Ludwig Walb and William Howard Hay. Your nutritional guides have been translated into ten languages and sold more than five million times (as of 2013).
