Ustaška nadzorna služba (Ustasha Control Service), or US for short , was the state police and secret service of the Independent State of Croatia (NDH), a vassal state of the Axis powers . This organization of the Ustasha was founded on August 16, 1941 and headed by Dido Kvaternik and lasted until January 1943. According to the instructions of the heads of state Ante Pavelić the US should monitor the overall work of the Ustasha and the civil servants.

The UNS was also responsible for counter-espionage and the persecution of political opposition and ethnic minorities. Department III was responsible for the establishment, control and organization of the concentration camps in the NDH state; the department was headed by Mijo Babić until his death in 1941 , after which Vjekoslav "Maks" Luburić took over department III.

The UNS was dissolved in early 1943 and transferred to the new security service GRAVSIGUR ( Glavno ravnateljstvo za javni red i sigurnost ).
