Ustja ( Ukrainian Устя ; Russian Устье Ustje ) is a village in the southeast of the Ukrainian Oblast Vinnytsia with about 2,600 inhabitants (2004).

The village was founded in 1400 is located in Rajon Bershad on the banks of Dochna ( Дохна ), a 74-km long right tributary of the Southern Bug , 10 km east from Rajonzentrum Bershad and 160 km southeast of the Oblastzentrum Vinnytsia . The village is connected to the Hajworon narrow-gauge network. The T-02-02 territorial road runs through Ustja .

Ustja is the administrative center of the 57.15 km² district council of the same name, which also includes the village of Luhowa ( Лугова ) with about 620 inhabitants and the settlement of Ustja with about 10 inhabitants.
