The Utsteinflya ( Norwegian ) is a glaciated plateau in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . It lies between the Perlebandet , the Fokknuten , the Utnibba , the Dotten , the Vesthaugen and the Teltet in the western part of the Sør Rondane mountains .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1973 based on the name of the neighboring Utsteinen .
